Based in Aljezur, West Algarve Property provides practical property care, local checks, maintenance coordination and support for absent owners across Aljezur, Vale da Telha, Arrifana, Odeceixe, Marmelete, Monchique, Lagos, Praia da Luz and Burgau.
Why the service area is focused
We are deliberately local. Staying close to Aljezur and the nearby coastal and hillside locations we know well helps us offer more reliable visits, clearer expectations and better practical support. We do not present ourselves as covering the whole Algarve.

Aljezur is our base and main hub. Vale da Telha, Arrifana and Odeceixe are part of our day-to-day local patch. Marmelete remains in scope because it sits on the route toward Monchique, which keeps access practical for rural and hillside homes. Lagos, Praia da Luz and Burgau are also within the service area for owners who need trusted local support without claiming blanket regional coverage.
Places such as Portimão, Lagoa, Sagres, Vila do Bispo, Silves, Carvoeiro and Alvor are no longer presented as part of our active service area.
