The reality of an empty property

Regular visits from someone local, trusted, and observant prevent this. We check your property, document its condition, and keep you informed, so you never have to wonder what is happening while you are away.

What you receive
After each visit you receive photos, short videos where helpful, and a clear written report. We flag anything that needs attention, with practical suggestions on what to do next. If something needs fixing urgently, we let you know immediately.
Additional services for vacant properties
Beyond basic checks, we can arrange:

Holiday villas & apartments
Closed up between bookings or outside the season. Regular checks prevent surprises when you or your guests return.
