How this differs from a letting agent

We are not a letting agency: we do not find tenants, collect rent, or handle tenancy agreements. What we do is provide independent, practical property support on the ground. Many landlords use us alongside their letting agent because we offer something agents often cannot: regular physical checks, honest reporting, and hands-on coordination of maintenance and access.

If you already have a letting agent managing the tenancy, we complement their service. If you manage the tenancy yourself from abroad, we give you the local presence you need to do that effectively.
