How we communicate
Clear, straightforward communication is central to what we do. After every visit or task, you receive photos, videos where helpful, and a written summary. We use WhatsApp for quick updates and can communicate in English, Dutch, German, or Portuguese. You are never left wondering what happened or whether something was done.
Flexible arrangements
Every owner's situation is different. Some need weekly checks. Some need monthly visits. Some only need help when something specific comes up. We work with you to create an arrangement that fits your property, your needs, and your budget. There is no minimum commitment, we start with understanding what you need.

Yes. We can be at the property to accept deliveries, check the items are correct and undamaged, and place them inside.
"Can you meet the plumber on Tuesday?"
Yes. We provide access, stay while the work is done, and report back with photos and notes.
