How it works
Sensors are placed in risk areas, near water sources, in bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, and basements. They connect to a small hub that communicates via your property's internet connection. If a sensor detects water or a humidity spike, you receive an alert on your phone within moments.
With an electronic stop tap, you can go further: remotely shut off the water supply to prevent ongoing damage, then arrange for someone to investigate and fix the issue.
